Rihanna calls on Twitter to help the victims of the Beirut explosion

International singing star Rihanna called on her audience on "Twitter" to provide aid and donations to the victims of the bombing of the Lebanese capital, Beirut.

"Recently, Beirut witnessed a very devastating explosion that left many dead, wounded and displaced from their homes. Families slept in the streets with children, and hospitals were overcrowded due to the influx of injured people seeking immediate medical care," Rihanna wrote on Twitter.

And she continued, "In addition, many hospital buildings have been damaged. If you want emergency assistance and response to the people of Beirut affected by this, do not hesitate to donate to a number of organizations."
Then the international star published links to a number of humanitarian organizations that help the victims of the Beirut bombing, which killed hundreds and injured thousands.

Yesterday, Friday, the United Nations announced that the death toll from the massive explosion that occurred last week in the Lebanese capital rose to 178, and an estimated 6,000 people were injured and at least 30 were missing.
