An American billionaire earns 11 billion in investment in this stock

American billionaire Warren Buffett has faced a lot of criticism over the past weeks because of his investment, which he described as "the wrong" in airline stocks, which had not risen again.

This prompted US President Donald Trump to say Buffett "made a mistake" after he sold airline stocks last April.

But it seems that everyone has shed light on this matter, and they forgot that Berkshire’s investments in Apple, which accounts for 40% of its portfolio, won $ 11 billion this year.

David Merkel, a market investor, said it was time for Warren Buffett to rediscover himself, noting that the 89-year-old American billionaire has outdated opinions.

Berkshire also lost the millionaire Bill Akman, after the company declined to distribute huge profits.

In spite of this intense attack, Buffett may have done at least something right, as Berkshire owns more than 5.5% of Apple shares, according to the company's financial statements until the end of last March.

Apple shares hit a record high this week, which increased the company's market value to $ 1.5 trillion, and Berkshire's shares held $ 83 billion as of yesterday.

Berkshire had a stake in Apple of $ 72 billion at the end of last December, which means that the company won $ 11 billion in only one investment, which represents 40% of the company's total portfolio.
